Car Rental
A car-rental platform for a South African rental brand, pairing a web console for the operator with customer apps for iOS and Android. Staff run fleet, bookings, customers and branches from one dashboard, while travellers search, compare and book a car in a few taps. The app also carries a city guide, produced in association with Tourism Radio, a travel companion for visitors exploring South Africa's best cities.

Overview
The web console gives the operator a single view of the business. A dashboard opens on fleet size, active bookings, registered customers and current availability, with fleet and customer tables beneath it. Cars management holds the full inventory, each vehicle carrying its category, plate, branch, transmission, seat count, last service and mileage, alongside service and registration alerts that count down the days remaining so nothing expires unnoticed. Bookings cover the whole lifecycle, from pending and upcoming through active, completed and cancelled, filtered by status, branch and date range, with a live activity feed of what just changed. Customers, branch locations with their vehicle distribution across cities, access control and reporting complete the picture.
The customer apps turn the same fleet into a booking experience. Travellers search by car or pickup location, browse by category from economy through SUV to premium, and compare vehicles on daily rate, seats, transmission and luggage capacity. Cars can be saved to a favourites list for the next trip, and My Bookings separates upcoming from past rentals, each showing the booking reference, pickup and return times, branch, total paid and the right next action, whether that is modifying the booking, contacting support or pulling a receipt. Profile, payment methods, rental policies, pickup locations and round-the-clock support sit together under one menu.
Key features
- Operator dashboard: fleet size, active bookings, customers and availability at a glance
- Fleet inventory with category, plate, branch, transmission, seats, last service and mileage
- Service and vehicle-registration alerts with due dates and days remaining

School Attendance System
An RFID-based student monitoring solution for schools. Each student's bag carries an RFID label, so a single scan logs their entry and exit and pulls up their full details, backed by a role-based school system and companion apps for staff and parents.

Overview
At the heart of the solution is RFID: every student's bag carries an RFID label that uniquely identifies them. A single scan at entry and exit logs their movement and instantly surfaces the student's details for staff. No manual roll call. The full school system sits behind login credentials with multiple roles, so each level of staff gets exactly the access they need.
Staff, teachers and parents also get a companion mobile app with focused, limited access to monitor things on the go. It opens to a live daily summary (present, absent and late today) and lets staff look up any student by RFID, QR code, name or roll number. Parents can follow their child's daily attendance and homework, and receive push-notification reminders for school events.
Scanning is flexible: staff can pair a phone with a BLE RFID reader, or use a Wi-Fi-connected RFID gun for fast, hands-free scanning at gates and checkpoints.
Key features
- RFID student identification: a tagged bag per student for entry / exit logging
- A single scan surfaces a student's full details instantly
- Role-based school system with multi-level access control
- Companion mobile app for staff, teachers and parents (limited access)
- Daily attendance at a glance: present, absent and late
- Student lookup by RFID, QR code, name or roll number
- Parent access to daily homework and event reminders (push notifications)
- Two RFID readers: a BLE phone reader and a Wi-Fi RFID gun
- Weekly, monthly and yearly attendance reports with attendance %

Because it is cloud-based, everything stays in sync and available wherever the job takes you, whether you are on-site, at the office or meeting a client. The result is less time on paperwork and a clear, real-time picture of where every project stands.
Key features
- Project estimates and quotes, prepared and sent on the go

- Vendor and subcontractor registry with approval status and ratings

Master Lock
A high-security smart locking system that protects aircraft catering compartments and food storage cabins, so only authorised personnel can open them. Native iOS and Android apps connect to the lock over Bluetooth Low Energy, and a dual-key authentication process keeps every compartment secure.

Overview
Master Lock is a high-security smart locking system designed to protect aircraft catering compartments and food storage cabins. It ensures that only authorised personnel can access locked compartments, helping maintain onboard security and operational compliance.
The locking mechanism uses a dual-key authentication process. Before a compartment can be unlocked, the authorised operator first enters their personal access key, followed by a master key securely provided by a central authority. The lock only opens once both credentials are verified, preventing unauthorised access.
The lock itself has a deliberately minimal hardware design, with a single power button to turn the device on or off and no physical unlock controls, so all access is managed digitally. The apps communicate with the lock over Bluetooth Low Energy (BLE): once it is powered on, the lock automatically establishes a secure BLE connection with the app, allowing authorised users to authenticate and unlock it.
Key features
- Smart security for aircraft catering compartments and food storage cabins
- Dual-key authentication: a personal user key plus a master key
- Secure master-key distribution controlled by a central authority
- Bluetooth Low Energy (BLE) communication between app and lock
- Native iOS and Android applications
- Minimal hardware with no physical unlock mechanism
- Full access history: every unlock, relock and failed attempt is logged
- Designed to enhance passenger safety and prevent unauthorised access
Gym Access Management System
A smart access-control system for gyms and fitness centres. Members check in at the entrance with a QR digital pass or an RFID card, a built-in wallet handles prepaid and pay-per-entry memberships, and an analytics dashboard gives operators real-time insight into attendance and revenue.

Overview
GAMS automates gym entry from end to end. A dedicated access terminal at the entrance reads both QR codes and RFID cards, so members can check in with the digital membership pass in the mobile app or with an RFID membership card. Every credential is validated before the gate opens, giving a fast, secure check-in with almost no waiting.
The app pairs access with payments and insight. A digital wallet holds prepaid balance and automatically deducts pay-per-entry fees, with low-balance alerts and secure transactions, while unlimited-entry plans are verified automatically. Entry is authorised at the gate with no exit validation, so members leave freely, and every successful entry is logged. For operators, an analytics dashboard turns all of this into daily, weekly and monthly attendance trends, peak-hour patterns and pay-per-entry revenue.
Key features
- QR code and RFID check-in, validated before the gate opens
- High-speed entry with duplicate and unauthorised-entry prevention
- Automatic membership verification, expiry tracking and unlimited-entry plans
- Digital wallet with pay-per-entry auto-deduction and low-balance alerts
- Full payment history: recharges, entry-fee deductions and timestamps
- Entry-only access control with automatic logging (members exit freely)
- Analytics dashboard: attendance, weekly and monthly trends, peak hours and revenue
- Member profile with membership status, wallet balance and linked RFID card
- Native iOS and Android apps with cloud-based synchronisation
MyHooba
A social events app for the UK that helps people discover the coolest things their city has on, then go with friends. Browse and search what's happening by category, save events and tickets, and use the built-in social feed to see where friends are going or start a meetup of your own.

Overview
MyHooba turns event discovery into something social. The Discover feed opens on the user's city and sorts the night ahead into music, food, art, comedy and nightlife, with a featured carousel for the big listings and a trending rail for what the city is booking this week. A dedicated "friends are going" section surfaces the events people in their circle have already committed to, so plans form around real interest rather than a static listings page.
Explore Events narrows all of it down fast, with quick filters for today, this weekend, free, popular and nearby, and cards that show the date, venue, genre, start time and ticket price at a glance. The Social tab is the other half of the app: stories, a live feed of what friends are attending, group discussions for communities like local food and music scenes, and user-created meetups that others can join with a single tap. Each profile keeps it all together, with saved events, tickets and past events alongside attendance and friend counts.
Key features
- City-based event discovery across music, food, art, comedy and nightlife
- Featured event carousel and a trending-this-week rail
- Search across events, artists and venues
- Quick filters for today, this weekend, free, popular and nearby

- User-created meetups with one-tap joining, plus group discussions
- Native iOS and Android apps, built for the UK market
My Pre-Reg Buddy
An exam-preparation app for UK pre-registration pharmacists that makes revising for the registration exam structured and measurable. Daily practice, topic-by-topic revision, full-length mock tests and clear progress tracking sit in one place. The app was partly funded by the School of Life and Medical Sciences, University of Hertfordshire.

Overview
The home screen works as a study plan rather than a menu. Daily practice keeps a streak going with a short, focused set of questions, revision topics open up the areas drawn from the exam blueprint, mock tests offer full-length timed attempts, and a study-progress card shows how far through the question bank the candidate is. Practice itself splits into two modes: quick practice serves random questions for everyday revision, while topic practice lets candidates pick a subject and work on weak areas, with a running accuracy score above both.
Topics are browsable end to end, each with a short description, its own question count and a completion bar, covering areas such as clinical pharmacy, calculations, law and ethics, OTC and minor ailments, dispensing and clinical governance. The progress dashboard then turns all of that activity into a readiness figure, with questions answered against the full bank, mock tests completed, an average score across topics, a weekly study-activity chart compared with the week before, per-topic percentages and a study streak to keep momentum up.
Key features
- Daily practice with a study streak to build a steady revision habit
- Quick practice for random questions and topic practice for targeted revision
- Revision topics drawn from the exam blueprint, each with its own question bank
- Full-length timed mock tests that mirror the real exam
- Running accuracy and per-topic completion tracking
- Readiness overview: questions answered, mocks completed and average score
- Weekly study-activity chart with a week-on-week comparison
- Search and filtering across questions and topics
- Native iOS and Android apps, built for the UK pre-registration cohort
Stack of Snacks
A customer app for a workplace snack-box provider, built so offices can keep their box topped up without picking up the phone. See what is in the box and when the next delivery lands, request a refill, save the snacks the team actually likes, and reach the support desk by call, email or SMS in a single tap.

Overview
The home screen answers the only question an office manager actually has: is the snack box running low. Box status, stock level, the next delivery date and the refill ETA sit together at the top, with a single request-refill action beneath them and shortcuts through to refills, favourites, contact and order history. A team-favourites strip shows the snacks the office has loved most this month, and a get-in-touch block puts call, email and SMS one tap away from the first screen.
Refills offer three routes depending on how much thought the order deserves: a standard restock of popular snacks, extra snacks to top up team favourites, or a custom refill picking specific items and quantities. Recent requests are listed with their status, from requested through to delivered, and delivery expectations are stated up front rather than left to a phone call. Favourites work as a running shortlist that feeds into the next box, and the contact screen routes enquiries by reason, whether that is refill support, adding favourites or a general question, with support hours and a response time published alongside.
Key features
- Snack box status with stock level, next delivery date and refill ETA
- One-tap refill requests straight from the home screen
- Three refill routes: standard restock, extra snacks or a custom pick with quantities
- Refill request history with live status, from requested through to delivered
- Favourites that feed straight into the next snack box
- Team favourites showing the office's most popular snacks each month
- Order history covering past refills and deliveries
- One-tap contact by freephone call, email or SMS, routed by enquiry type
- Published support hours and response times, on native iOS and Android
